SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Within the terms and conditions “we” or “us” or “our” means the Dry Cleaning team and “you” or “your” means the customer. “Cleaning process” in this context refers to: dry clean, ironing, repair, alteration, laundry process. Once you enter our shop premises and hand in your clothes to us (or use our delivery service), you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions. All prices may change at certain times. We can only give back all your items after you pay for the full amount. We have the right to temporarily stop serving you if you have old order not paid for. Upon dropping off item(s), we will give you a customer copy, please make sure all the details that have been written down on the ticket(s) are correct. Upon collection we will request your name and signature, if you lost your tickets. Make sure your order is complete in the shop, we are not responsible for missing items once you leave the shop. If you do not collect your clothes within 3 months, the items might be sent to charity, we are not responsible for the loss. Sorry but we cannot be legally responsible for (read a-k): (a) Any ink marks that are on the clothes (or garments) due to our marking label system (b) Any item (or garments) filled with feather / down filled /memory foam/cotton. (c) Any item (or garments) with defective (or faulty) adhesives or interfacing that leave a mark during the cleaning process. (d) Any item (or garments) which is damaged by any accessory on/attached to/contained within that item (e). Any item (or garments) that does not show the cleaning instructions. (f) Any item or (garments) that has imbedded (or ingrained) creased effects, crinkles or pleated on the fabric which during the cleaning process are removed. (g) Any item (or garments) which due to wear and tear or due to its fundamental (and inherent) nature, is not able tolerate (or endure) the cleaning process. (h) Any item (or garments) during the cleaning process (cleaning process in this context refers to: dry clean, ironing, repair, alteration, laundry process) which become damage/lose colour/ shiny/ shrinkage where we have followed and obeyed the manufacturer’s label instructions. (i) Any item (or garments) accepted by us (given to us), because the cleaning will be at your own risk. (j) Household items (or garments) for example but not limited to: bedspread, duvet, mattress protector, upholstery cover, curtains, suede and leather item.
(k) Any accessory contained within any item or any accessory attached to within any item. An “accessory” means (but is not only limited to) zips, belts, buckles, collars, broaches, inner linings, painted logos, buttons, leather trims, furs, hoods, signs, and beading. In the rare circumstances where you are not satisfied with our services, please return the item to our shop, and make sure the item is with the original packaging(unused or unworn since the time you collected). Any complaints (or claims) must be notify to us within 72 hours, after 72 hours we will not be held responsible. As part of the claiming process you must have (but not limited to) the original receipt of your item (or garments) in order to determine the original purchase value, you must also prove to us proof of purchase, age and original value, failure to do so will result in us potentially not compensating you. As part of the claiming process you must establish the condition and age of the item (or garments), please not we do not replace old items for new items.
If claims successfully go through, we will pay up to 40% of the original purchase value of each item.
